Roemmers and culture
Since 2003, we have been offering cultural and recreational activities to the healthcare community in Argentina. Concerts, theater performances, ballet, and music and theater workshops are among the activities promoted by Roemmers and Culture throughout the country.
Each year, we bring leading figures from our cultural scene closer to our audiences, artists who embody the values that represent us. Over the years, our stages have hosted iconic performers such as Luis Salinas, the Baglietto-Vitale Duo, Patricia Sosa, Jairo, Ramón Ayala, La Camerata Bariloche, Luis Landriscina, Horacio Lavandera, Bruno Gelber, Raúl Garello, Marcelo Arce, Los Alonsitos, Kevin Johansen, Haydée Dabusti, the Dúo Coplanacu, Marcela Morelo, Valeria Lynch, Agapornis, Facundo Saravia, Soledad Villamil, and Hilda Lizarazu, among many others.
During the pandemic, we continued our cultural activities through streaming, thereby offering our audiences a wide range of theatrical productions —Un rato con él, Bossi, Bajo terapia, Justo en lo mejor de mi vida, La casa de Bernarda Alba, Terapia amorosa, Rey Lear, Casados sin hijos, Doña Disparate, Drácula, Vivitos y coleando, Filosofía de vida— performed by the most prestigious local theater companies. The virtual format also enabled us to offer theater and photography workshops.
As part of Laboratorios Roemmers’ 100th anniversary celebrations, Coti, Soledad and Diego Torres performed exclusively for our guests.
There was also a photography contest entitled “Los cien años” (“The Hundred Years”) for members of our country’s healthcare community and featured a jury made up of renowned figures in Argentine photography: Elda Harrington, Silvia Mangialardi and Alejandro Querol.
